I like to farm zones when it has the targeted loot - do all available activities in that zone, including bounties, control points, etc. Good luck! Edit: As for the build, you may want to look into using a shotgun like the ACS-12 to build up stacks with Heartbreaker quickly. (The ACS-12 can also hold a Linked Laser Pointer to pulse targets.)
