It is harder to hit targets on range with it since the Bolts spread all over the place, but that is only an issue on really far away targets. The Gorgon is more accurate (if you burstfire it) but on armored targets the damage is lower. Still a good Rifle! Both Rifles are good, but for me the Boltor is the better Rifle.

Gorgon can be fun to use, however it has many downsides. It has bad accuracy (with massive spread), damage is not too good as well, and it chews through ammo very quickly. Then there's also the wind up time before it can reach its max firerate. So sadly Gorgon is right now rather "mastery fodder" than a good weapon.The Gorgon is a spooling weapon, which I'm not a fan of, and it just sucks at long range, which I enjoy shooting from. It also takes forever to reload. The components, however, are easy to farm. The Grakata is nice as it doesn't spool and has a faster fire rate, but it needs neurodes, which are HELL to farm.
