Should be easy for you. On normal difficulty you can do it even on 40hp 40dmg dinos. Not sure how the double difficulty will affect the battle exaxctly though because dragon flame breath and arena time limit. I would probably go pure dmg on the leveling and give the therizinos plenty of cakes. And I guess you got better than primitive saddles.
