Iv tried to unplug the battery and replace the relay for the eps and its still showing the code and will not go over 7 mph. I’ve had the 520230 31 code. That was simply just a bad connection to the EPS unit. Try cleaning them out. The other one I haven’t had before but likely similar. Check your throttle body sensors. Fast forward a couple of days, I pulled the speedo sensor, cleaned it, plugged it back in, drove down the road in low at 4k RPMs, and viola!
