When I put the gear selector in reverse, the light will come on for a second, then it will go off, and a second or two later the DIC will display "Shift Range Inhibited." The first time it did this was yesterday. I was playing with the DVT stuff in the new release of BBL beta stuff. I reset the taps and garage taps.
