As title says, I cant seem to track how to make the other persona needed to craft him. I'm not sure there is one out there readily available but you can use the P4G fusion calculator guide to track down how his materials are made. You need a lot of yen though. That dude is expensive but worth it. Nearly sitting at 2 million lol.

If you're missing a Persona for the fusion or don't want to bother, it's probably easier to extract skill cards from the cafe you unlock around early June assuming you ride the bike. Yosh*tsune needs to cover Fire, Ice, Wind, and Dark. The easiest way to do this is to extract skill cards from 4 Personas - Absorb Fire - Extract from Hell Biker Nearly any Yoshitsune build is broken because of Hassou Tobi and your coverage is really good on it's own. If you don't have any other reliable personas, I probably wouldn't actually change anything about your build aside from upgrading the nulls to absorbs or repels (and maybe switching heat riser for dekaja/dekunda depending on the next boss).
