Never, ever, ever buy flooring from Lowes. This review is for the Carlsbad CA store. I have called at least 25 times (no exaggeration) for various issues and have NEVER gotten a call back. After being ping-ponged I finally get someone live, leave a message, and never hear back. Their flooring installers, Keller Interiors, is all but incompetent.

We ship Lowe's customers our products in good faith and Lowe's does not pay us for the products we ship Lowe's customers.
