Personally, I feel like the strongest hitting attacks (like Enhancement Field and Ink Bomb) are more likely to be strong with just straight added damage, since the Tinkerer has a great toolkit of unique tools (and I feel like blurring the line would get boring and redundant).

I’ve been playing the tinker who has the largest hand and lots of burn cards. I usually wait till after the first test to use my first burn card. There’s some charts that show the significant change in your hand if you burn a card too early. But basically say you rest 3 times in a scenario. And let’s say you are the scoundrel who has 9 cards.
