Trane xv80 flashing red light.
We have a Trane XV80 gas furace. Heat comes on intermittently and not on command. Checked the panel. Red blinking light, flashes 7 times, pauses, repeats. Manual says gas detection sensor indicates gas in the air so it won't turn on. No gas in the air however. Its fairly new and all gas line are intact and tight. No gas leaks.
