Subaru outback passenger window not working.

To me the key is the interior lights that no longer work, which I would think is a fuse under the dash as opposed to in the engine compartment. There's a window reset procedure that might fix this - maybe caused by the battery disconnect. I believe it's in the owner's manual, but I have a bookmark with the procedure.
