I have re-downloaded it and still have my saves but they crash the game probably since the mods have disappeared. But if I recall I did installed smapi first, copied my mods from my pc then transferred to steamdeck (i didn't wanna redownload and i know my mods worked) then change a single line on the stardew valley file to "true". Yea thats what I did. Installed SMAPI then copied amd pasted them from a thumb drive. Go to Compatibility Options under the Preferences for SV, and make sure it's using the "Linux runtime".
