Both are acceptable and quicker than a PCR test (and only an easy nasal swab, not a brain probe LOL). Tortola vs. St. John, USVI. My husband and I are having a hard time deciding between staying on Tortola or St. John's ( USVI) for our vacation. We plan on spending about a week in May (to avoid hurricane season and hopefully some out-of-school crowds). Both islands look beautiful and I know the ferries can take us to both USVI and BVI. We also pack microwave popcorn, crystal light, empty water bottles, granola bars, BelVita breakfast bars, oatmeal packets, a few tea bags, ground coffee, zip lock bags, peanut butter, and tuna.
