Top speed is not very good due to bad CD "drag coefficient".The key for me was Controller Steering Sensitivity set to 2. Force Feedback Max Torque set to 8. Force Feedback Sensitivity set to 3. It gives you far more steering precision than possible with the joystick. But I feel you need to be in Cockpit View while learning it so you have the visual feedback to your inputs.

Set 1 st gear for a better accel out the slower corner (Hairpin or else) or for grid start. Set last gear for the longer straight with a few more extra speed for stream. Set some intermediary gears for importants turns. Sometime you need to shift a lower gear to gain RPM and extra grip.I used the stock front and small lip spoiler in the rear, setting the rear at 150. It does understeer more, but not unmanageable. I set the top gear to 345 and evenly spaced the rest. Ballast at 200/50 to get a 50/50 weight distribution. With all upgrades, it’s at 596 hp without the supercharger.

Till you fix again your gearbox. When you try to enter the seasonal online , your car is 629pp for the warmup , ok , but you enter the race it go to 631 and you're out.

To compete for the absolute top spot at 800 PP, on any track (save for SSX), only Gr.1 cars are viable, and I believe everyone knows that.
