It went pretty well. The only issue was that the idle was set quite high from the factory so it wouldn’t start with the 1/4 turn of throttle as instructed. I’ve adjusted it down and it seems to be fine. First ride tomorrow. My brother has a 650R as well, with a nice-running stock carb.

Well I'm working on fine tuning my lectron. Powerjet is all the way open (3 turns), bike hesitates going from half to full throttle. If I whack the throttle open it'll go bah,bah,bah, braaahhhpp. Hesitates for what seems like 3 seconds doing this. Closing in the pj makes it way worse.
