For hybrids in general, it is kind of a two part answer. 1) accessory power is drawn from the 12v battery. 2) If accessory mode also engages the cut over relay for the drive pack, the drive pack and it's DC-2-DC controller will then charge or top up the 12v battery.If it still acts up then this can indicate an issue with the start/stop button itself.
