Daytime only in the zenith seed, OP. The don't dig up seed changes EoL to be enraged on the surface and normal underground. She despawns at night when enraged. Ahhhh so I have to fight her Underground. Sweet. Thanks, I didn't play don't dig up and I didn't want to look it up to avoid some spoilers where possible.

A couple tips: Abigail is a fantastic help. A mace will take care of most of what you see underground (I'm on master mode and the flaming mace is still doing great work). Meta. So, I've been working thru the getfixedboi Legendary difficulty. Got the Eye of Cthulu after a few tries (and like 10 times it spawned and killed me), and the Slime King after quite a lot of attempts. Grey Zapinator with Jungle armor has done the trick for those two. Right now I'm working on Eater of Worlds, Brain of Cthulu, and Queen Bee.
