This should really be called steering ratio. It control how many degrees of turn on your wheel equals 1 degree of turn on the cars wheels. At 0.5 the required degrees of turn are as per the car's manufacturers setup, at 1.0 it requires half the degrees of turn on your wheel to get 1 degree of turn on the wheels.
My immediate thought was that you have steering set to “simulation” rather than the standard setting. Try setting decel in the diff tab to 0% and see if that helps. If you have no instability during breaking you can leave it at 0. If the car is unstable during breaking raise that slider until that goes away. Hello everyone, so, after a hard year at school I can finally play Horizon 5 in peace and I came across something: The AI is literally invincible in invincible difficulty, I have always played with the hardest settings and all helps disables but now it just seems it's unplayable to play that way, at least with a steering wheel (Logitech G923).
