My 6.4 POS PSD would run all day long towing on level ground with 3.73s, 37s and a 6.4 in OD.

Gonna need a 4" lift min. with at least 4.5" backspacing on wheels to fit them and that will be close even. Late 04 f350 lariat.

I think your year model has the exact same rear axle as an F350 SRW. The F350 has better springs with a much higher GAWR. I think about 7000+.
