It's pretty common knowledge that a 13th-generation Ford F-150 won't accommodate a set of 35×12.5-inch tires with nothing more than a leveling kit. Though some have done it, it requires wheels with some pretty severe backspacing and causes major rubbing issues regardless.

True lift kit, id say BDS all day. The 4" is perfect for these trucks. Another vote for the 6 inch BDS lift. You can even run 37's if you want but it handles as good as stock with my 35's. Just want to add, if you tow heavy, you may want to get the 5 inch rear kit instead of the 4. Mine pictured above is with the 5 inch rear block.
