ElvUI definitely has such filter, but I don't remeber how it called. Check raid - debuff. There are two dropdown menu with two types of filters. But,it is bad practice to do such filtering because player can have not dispellable debuff which can be important to track for huge healing or something e. g. Orgozoa debuff or sanctions from Azshara.There is an option in elvui to show "test frames" you do this by going into the group units tab picking the one you want to adjust and hit "display frames" That should get you started. The dispellable debuff should highlight (color) frame with debuff color (blue for magic, purple for curse, etc.).
