Builds in op8 do mostly rely on anarchy because it is her only source of gun damage, as well as her biggest strength. it is the easiest way to scale gaige to deal damage in uvhm. That doesn't mean that DT builds aren't viable, but you will find that with good weapons, anarchy gaige will always beat out any other build.

Good points for the developers who made this part of the game bullet proof. The "issue" is not with Gaige or accuracy, but your expectations and the way you play her. Discord, while active grants +65% accuracy, +25% fire rate and +3%/sec HP. While you are bleeding anarchy stacks, you are a killing machine.

Anyway for a shock build you always need good, on lvl shock gear (my favourite gun as a shock gaige is the storm). As far as gaige raid builds, only thing I can suggest is getting max anarchy stacks first or if you get fed up with it just do morningstar glitch lol. In the field, you can gain "free" anarchy by shooting things that break, like ice chunks, skag piles, stalker pods, pottery jars in Tiny Tina's DLC, etc. Must use something like a Jakobs shotgun that must reload every shot.
