With all versions of the kryptonians, I think some of the stronger comic versions can take the saiyans. Even the weakest saiyans are about as strong as an average viltrumite. Even Vegeta when first introduced was planetary and probably capable of 1v1'n any viltrumite and winning. Viltrumites are unfortunately the weakest of these races.
