Gail Eleanor Robertson, age 59, of Beckley, WV was born to Rufus and Mabel Robertson (Walker) in Washington, D.C. on August 21, 1961. She spent much of her youth and young adulthood in New Jersey, Virginia, and Connecticut before relocating back to West Virginia.
