Update: As of 11:20AM EST issue is resolved. Problem was related to migration of cloud services IPTV (change of IP address) in the Azure cloud for U-Verse mid-region IPTV server. Old IP restored. Customers may need to reboot their STBs that are not working. If that doesn't work then soft recovery maybe needed. last evening we were watching recorded show, and when we finished and returned to live TV - we see the following message on the TV "U-verse is not available at this time". I've restarted the gateway several times and cycled power on the DVR controller several times. Still see the message: "U-verse is not available at this time"if you are set to the correct hdmi input, and see that uverse message only on that input, it means the cable box is faulty or not getting a signal.
