just about all CFE BLK super loads end up being compressed before you get to max. One of my favorite loads with it, the 110gr V-max MINIMUM load is compressed, the max load of 23.7 is ridiculously full before you place the bullet on it(the entire case filled is only 24.5gr), and still barely tops 35K PSI(max SAAMI is 55K).
