The super 4020 title was a very accurate on for them. 18.4x38 tires are probably the most common size for them. The power difference between them and a 4020 is very noticeable. Without a turbo a 4020 will usually smoke very heavy once you push it to around 110 hp. With the turbo the 4320 can push up near 150 with very little difficulty.

I have to shift back to reverse and then back to forward to get it to hit. Sometimes it will miss again, other times it picks right up like it should.

If stand-by pressure isn't above 1700 psi the priority valve would be blocking pressure oil to 3 pt. Stand-by pressure should be 2250 psi. Turn the steering wheel to the RH stop position and open the fitting slowly. Let oil bleed out the line until no bubbles are present then tighten the fitting. When hooked directly to a standard ignition switch or push-button - that gets a little worn - it can cause a problem. Using the extra relay in-between takes the load off the ignition switch.
