I took the NCLEX for the first time in September 2020. I spent the whole morning going through my mark klimek notes. I was so nervous going in. I got all 130 questions. I did the PVT trick an hour later and got the bad pop up. And I officially failed two days later. After that, I shut down from the nclex. I got another date for February 24.Less than 20 SATAs, ~5 drag and drops, ~3-4 math, ~3 EKGs, mainly infection prevention, adult health, and pharm. Less than 10 questions about OB/peds. Answering all 145 questions on the NCLEX-RN alone does not mean you failed the exam. Kaplan is expensive, but they do teach you tricks to answer passing level NCLEX questions. Kaplan is harder than the NCLEX, but it prepared me for SATA and prioritization.
