To replace it you will have to remove the door panel, the water barrier etc. To determine which door has the problem, open each door with the key in the on position. The only way the interior lights come on is when you turn them on with the light switch. The relays in the power distribution box which is the one located under the hood on the drivers side, only have grouped things in the light relay. I did notice however - that my unit (2002 Explorer XLT w/Sunroof) had an extra Elec Clip that was not attached to anything.
