Amsteel rope mods are a great way to attach your sticks to a tree. 1/4 being the most common. These are 8ft in length and black. They will be finished with a back splice and an 8in shock cord for storage.
I just bought a set of these the other day. I've decided against doing a rope mod for now and sticking with the cam buckle straps. I cut pieces of bicycle inner tube and pulled over the metal buckles. Got to paint( camo) them, and diffinently going to change the versa button to the line wolf and get some ropes. Not liking the versa straps. lol white on a tree.
