ULTRAWIDE fallout NW FIX. so this is for 2560x1080 but of course you can set it to whatever resolution you want :D. Launch the game. The launcher will appear, here set your resolution to the 16:9 version of your 21:9 screen, e.g for 2560x1080 you would select 1920x1080. Then close the launcher.

I think I will just keep fallout 4 in 16:9 aspect ratio and just play with borderless window. Yes I get two vertical black bars, but atleast I can improve the resolution from 1920x1080 to 2560x1440. Also an big problem with the Truby9 mod is that it causes problems with other mods that mod or add HUD as well.
