It looks similar to pressing back and dodge like in sekiro but since elden ring still uses rolls I think it's the backstep itself. In dark souls 2 the backstep was slightly shorter than dodging so having the I frames was used heavily in pvp to line up perfectly times parries.Was wondering if they included iframes for backstep in this game. Does backsteps have iframes? For some reason, Miyazaki hates backsteps. In one it granted superarmor, in 2 backsteps had actual iframes! And then in Darksouls 3 it has neither.
