Most annoying though, I'm the host and we run a training mission, I press the continue button for next game, and it immediately drops my friend from the squad. I must exit to main and re-invite. I tried various restarts to no avail. The workaround, I must now exit, "bring squad with me", and then run a new game at the end of each training mission. So the servers are apparently fixed but I open and close my game 3 times and still stuck on creating squad…. Try turning off UPNP from your internet router settings. Same with me no matter how often I restart the game or restart my pc or UPLAY still stuck at Creating Squad.
