Re: Madden 23 - Franchise Mode - No Offensive Coordinators available. Hey so quick fix! I found a solution. Fire your OC and DC Coordinators and rehire them should keep them from disappearing. So DO this EVERY STAFF SIGNING. Switch back to your original team. Hire that OC. This seems super risky.Kicking Meter Glitch. GLITCH/BUG.
