I've beaten the Blast The Super Spirit Bomb Parallel Quest like 7 or 8 times now, not counting when I DIDN'T try getting the skill, and have beaten Kid Buu every time with an ultimate. For some reason I have yet to get the attack for my Majin Race and don't remember it being this difficult in the first game.

The best part is that you have no conditions however - no ki drain, no super soul drawback (like Fu's needing you to be over 75% HP).
