With world between worlds being canon, we could have a little timeline fudging to make room for multiple endings. I kind of like the idea that various stories might have various versions of Revan in them, but all of them exist (Elder Scrolls did a similar thing with the second game's multiple endings). The fact that there is a "canon" ending to these games is stupid. The canon of KotOR messes up KotOR 2, but the only reason to canonize these games was to shoehorn the characters into other works and both work with vague endings. As an example, in KotOR Revan kills Malak, then leaves, regardless of alignment.

KOTOR 1. It makes more sense in light of Kotor 2's world and atmosphere. A Republic on the brink of collapse, Jedi nearly extinct, the Sith running loose, etc. all fit perfectly with the DS ending of Kotor 1. It leaves room for a sequel or at the very least a sizable expansion. Her leaving brings up a possible antagonist in the next game.
Technically there is no canon route, because the KotOR games in their entirety aren't part of the new canon.
