If you are sitting towards the middle there is a good chance your seat will be covered. The pit, box seats, and sections 1-8 are all comfortably covered by the roof.I've been to that pavilion 100 times. Parking is always free except VIP parking. It takes longer to get in than to get out... I'm usually always out on Tryon St within 30 minutes of leaving the gate.
