I resolved the issue by a clean install of the OS and then a new install of PixInsight. Not optimal but there appeared to be something in my migration from an M1 Mac to the M3.

My last couple of WBPP runs have had issues during the "Plate solving reference frames" and "autocrop" steps. Used to work fine.
