I use sketchy for everything; even path, watching path videos once makes the entire content stick for me. I started out hating long sketchy videos like the NSAIDs one but after realizing how effective it was for me it is now my go to for prep. Honors or close to honors everytime using sketchy, but it is purely anecdotal and my experience, n=1 only.
