You might check with your building supply place, not a box store to see what your options are. They will be willing to special order and a box store will not.Simply rough cut to cover the bulk of the hole, and foam in place to air seal around the edges. Just remember to support things as needed. The bigger the hole to cover, the stronger the material needs to be. You will be piling on a few feet of insulation after all this done.
