The SG has thrown the same codes again. (1510,2122,2138). This time I decided I would tear it down and take a look. I bought a new twist grip sensor, removed the twist grip sensor along with the wire. Pulled some string back through as I was pulling the TGS wire harness out. I lubed the wires for the new harness well to pull them into the bars.

The P2122 and P2138 codes do not have anything to do with the throttle position sensor. The most likely components to be faulty are wiring, then accelerator pedal (gas pedal) then ECU.P2138 (with P1510 performance limiter) - I installed Stage 1 over the winter and reflashed the ECM with the pro Street tuner. I also have the smart tune pro.
