Fold 3 screen protector peeling.

I've had my fold since launch (pre-ordered). I've taken great care of the device and recently the screen protector on the inside screen started lifting (almost unnoticeable) at the top and bottom of the fold crease. Well this weekend it started lifting more and now every time I open the fold it lifts more.The screen protector on my Fold 3 was peeling after about 6 months of regular use. The Samsung store in Palo Alto, California replaced it (screen protector) under warranty while I wandered the mall for 3 hours. It started peeling again after 3 months. Grateful to know what my options are, in particular what the implications of peeling off the screen protector would be e.g. subsequent damage, trade-in acceptability/value.

Local EE shop to me (Samsung recommended repair shop) wanted to charge £517 and had zero distinction for the protector or way to bypass that charge.
