See if your local Spectrum Store has them. Inventory changes daily at the stores and on the tech trucks, so unfortunately, there is no guarentee that you will get that box.

I will be honest, I bought an Apple TV from Spectrum and used the app, I also tried the app on my Samsung TV, I never once got the cloud DVR to work, and when I used the app on my phone to record something, the picture and sound were not synced.
