Purchased a Dell Inspiron 7000 / 7375 2-in-1 laptop. All was well but the internet was unbelievably slow (0.1Mbps), even though it was connected to a high speed FIOS network. Dell customer service was no help. After an hour on the phone, they were stumped & said it was a hardware issue.

After 24 hours with no contact from Dell I again contacted Customer Care and was told by a new representative that a replacement request had been initiated and I would be contacted tomorrow with new specs on this order.
