Re: CVA Accura vs CVA Optima. I have shot both and saw no difference in accuracy. CVA advertises the Accura as their premium rifle to justify the higher price. They say it has a Bergara barrel, but I think the Optima has one also, just not advertised to get customers to pay out more $$$.

The CVA however will do the best out of the group when it comes to shooting conicals. Open sights on the Optima are also another thumbs up. My omega i had to squish my face down on the stock. Still ended up shooting 8" high at 50 yards with the sight bottomed out.

My Wolf will shoot 100 loose grains of 777 with a MMP sabot and 305 grain lead bullets and WW209 for about $.80 a shot powder and all all day long into 1.25 inches at 120 yards. I've owned a CVA optima for about 5 years now and have nothing but positive things to say about it.
