Which is ironic as there tags were often accompanied with people from the same guild that is now discrediting them, but whatever right. In the end, it wouldn't have mattered anyway, as most of the people that left wouldn't have played anyway in this matchup.

So it's related to testing out things in WR, and not meant as a change for the current server/linking system. Servers just never go full since they have links people can transfer to. So there will always be 1-2 gigastacked servers. Tier 1 servers should all be full with similar population.
