- I deleted the config file then opening the game and launching the menu, which didn't work. Same results, the menu can open with F5 but can't do anything else. - I also tried deleting all modest menu files and downloads I had, and re-download the menu file, then I tried relaunched GTA 5 and opened the mod menu. Same results as above.
