Gmc acadia not starting after getting gas.

I have a 2007 GMC Sierra 1500 Classic WT 4x4 with the 4.8l Vortec engine, recently turned 124k for mileage. For the past 7-8 weeks, every time I fuel up the truck, it has struggled to start immediately after fueling. It'll typically turn over 6-7 times, then sputter out. I have a 2008 Acadia. Whenever I fill the gas tank the car won't start, just keeps cranking. I then floor it and after a few seconds of cranking it starts up. Now there is a hesitation when driving. It pulls out fine but as I accelerate it rumbles a little (like its not getting enough fuel). I hit the gas and it works fine from there.

It has also died about a half dozen times while driving. Like the car just dies while slowing to a stop light, sign, or turn. It always seems to happen on decel. Several times this has happened immediately after getting gas. I changed plugs at 105k.
