Then when I got the CSW 2.5 things changed. I lowered the in-game ffb from 100% to 30% and the ffb meter never maxed out. I could now feel the aerodynamics of the GT3 car work with higher speeds.

100% dampening / ffb in the setup ingame means that the values set in the options (in launcher) are taken 100% into consideration. you can half your ffb by setting it to 50%. This is usefull if you want to reduce your values for a car that you know has too strong ffb but you dont want to change your options setting.
