Positive, cemu is significantly better because it's running the wiiu version of the game and has been optimized for awhile now compared to yuzu that is just new and has been updating constantly the past months to optimize ToTK. Yuzu only achieves 25-30 spiking in BotW in steam deck from what I've seen. The community, and developers also haven't focused on BotW because Cemu is basically made around BotWs existence.
