Just had a little issue with the online payment (transaction failed), and you need to wait for 12-18 hour to get the e-ticket issued, which could have been improved to a shorter wait time. If you’re reading this review, it’s likely too late to warn you, and you have likely also fallen prey to this fraudulent scam. Budget air should be avoided at all cost. We had to rebook our travel, and it cost us $10,000 to book travel to Thailand on 11.12.22. We are absolutely disgusted. Airline cancelled flight, advised of 8-10 week refund time but that payment fees of AU$75 would not be refunded. I consider this fraud as any other merchants where there are payment fees/surcharges usually refund payment fees when a cancellation or refund takes place. This company is fraud. This company is fraud. They sold me a ticket at £378. Couple of hours later exact same ticket is being sold at £225. No customer service to speak to, extremely unhelpful chat customer service. You can not speak to customer services. Reviews here say alot but they are still functioning.
